Please continue reading below to find all of the logistical information you'll need to ensure a smooth experience when it comes to scheduling your sessions, cancelling a single session, and everything in between. It may not be the most exciting read, but it's an important one.
APPOINTMENTS
Currently, all coaching sessions are attended virtually, via Zoom, so access is required. Please download the application and register. Prior to your session please log in to Zoom, and wait in the virtual waiting room until admitted into the meeting, and we can begin our session. If for some reason you cannot access Zoom, please contact me directly.

SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE
Please have all of your appointments scheduled, prior to our first session. You can do this at any time after purchasing your package. Our time is valuable, and punctuality is a necessity in order for me to provide you with the best service, so please be on time.
If you are tardy, I will reach out via phone or text to advise that our session has begun and then wait for 10 minutes as a courtesy. Once the courtesy 10 minutes have passed, the session is considered cancelled, non-refundable. However, if you opt to proceed with a shortened coaching session, utilizing your remaining time, you may do so if you contact me via phone or text to confirm. It is solely your responsibility to reach me to let me know. Again, if I do not hear from you the session will be non-refundable.
PURCHASING POLICY
Once you've completed your Discovery Session and we've agreed to work together, you may select and purchase a package option, in accordance with the pricing listed on this website. Subsequently, you will be updated of any upcoming price adjustments. In the event of a price increase, you may do a one-time purchase of a new package at the rate of the previous one or a different package of your choice at the previous rate. The price of your next package will be honored as long as you purchase your next coaching package prior to the end of your current sessions.

COURTESY SUSPENSION POLICY
If you should find yourself unable to continue your coaching after purchasing a package, you may do a one-time courtesy suspension. In order to continue, you must reinstate your sessions within one year of your suspension date. Neglecting to reinstating your coaching will result in the loss of the remainder of your sessions. No refunds will be given.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. Once we have agreed to work together I require no less than a 100% commitment from all my clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24-hour notice via text, email or phone call will be required to cancel an appointment free of charge. Without a 24 hour notice, the session will be considered non-refundable.
